PPE PRO SOLUTIONS RETURN POLICY FOR ALL PRODUCTS
At PPE Pro Solutions, our main goal is to make certain that you receive the suitable product. However, for any reason you may select a product that does not meet your needs. In order to avoid needless returns, please consult with a PPE Pro Solutions representative before placing an order. Should you need to return an item, please carefully read the below restrictions. Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund as long as they meet the following conditions:
1. The item must be returned in the original packaging at the client’s expense.
2. The item must be received by us in the original packaging, in new condition, and with no damage such as cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirty – such as tires, arm rests etc.
4. Online Orders: A Return Authorization Request form must be obtained from PPE Pro Solutions within 14 days of delivery.
5. To receive a refund, replacement, or store credit, the item must be returned to PPE Pro Solutions within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization Request form.
